Protecting the personal sphere, the privacy of every individual is of fundamental importance for Publitour. According to the provisions of the Code concerning the protection of personal data (Italian law decree No. 196/2003), this page contains all the information about the treatment, by Publitour S.p.A., of the personal data of users who consult the site.
In particular, the following are described: the types of data that are gathered and treated, the site management methods, and, therefore, the methods for treating the data, as well as the rights of the subjects to whom such data refer.

DATA TREATMENT LOCATION
The treatments connected to the web services of this site are effected at the above mentioned premises of Publitour S.p.A. and are handled only by technical personnel of the Office entrusted to treat them, or by any persons assigned to occasional maintenance operations.

No data-item obtained by the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data supplied by users who send requests for the dispatch of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, catalogues, answers to questions, estimates, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of executing the requested service or performance, and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (catalogue dispatch service).

TYPES OF TREATED DATA
Navigation data
The IT systems and the software procedures required for the operation of this web site acquire - during their normal operation - some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These are information items that are not gathered to be associated with identified interested parties, but which, by their very nature, could make it possible to identify the user, by means of processing and association with data held by third parties.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and for controlling their correct operation, and are immediately deleted after processing. The data could be used for verifying responsibility in the case of possible IT offences to the detriment of the site; with the exception of this possibility, as matters currently stand, web contacts data do not persist for more than 12 months.

COOKIES
No personal data-item of users is acquired by the site in this connection.

Cookies are not used for transmitting information of a personal nature. Persistent C.D. cookies of any type - i.e. user tracing systems - are not used.

The use of session c.d. cookies (which are not persistently saved on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) which are required to allow secure, efficient exploration of the site.

OPTIONAL CONFERMENT OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to supply the personal data indicated in the forms for requests to the Company, or, in any event, indicated through contacts with the Office to ask for the dispatch of informative material or of other communications.

Non conferment of such data may make it impossible to obtain what the user had requested.
To complete matters, we remind you that in some cases (not part of the normal management of this site), the Privacy Guarantor may, under the provisions of art. 157 of Italian law decree No. 196/2003, ask the holder of the treatment or the person responsible for it, to supply information and show documents to control the treatment of personal data. In these cases, a reply is obligatory otherwise an administrative fine will be applied.

TREATMENT METHODS
Personal data are treated with automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were gathered.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect uses and unauthorised accesses.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the said data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or correction (under the provisions of art. 7 of Italian law decree No. 196/2003).

Under the provisions of the aforesaid article, users have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data treated in breach of the law, and, in all cases, to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons.
